Personal Assistant to the Director, Sales & Marketing

We are seeking a highly motivated person with initiative and drive who would enjoy a ‘hands on' role assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Your main focus will be on a range of administrative, organisational and research tasks that require an eye for accuracy and an attention to detail.

More specifically, you will be required to undertake the following:
> management of diary, email and tasks
> management of Business Unit minutes 
> monitoring and escalation of exceptions and issues
> production of weekly reports for sales meetings
> management of Contract records
> management of the company's internal events
> weekly updates on activities and deliverables

You will be provided with solid training on all responsibilities. However, you are required to have good computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, (in particular word and excel), accurate database entry skills and confident verbal communication skills for speaking with clients and suppliers.

Previous experience in administration, PA, reception, customer service, accounts or office based environments will be looked upon favourably.
