nlc pty ltd recognises its corporate social responsibility to the community and is committed to minimising
the impact of its operations on the environment. The key environmental objectives of nlc are to continue to improve its environmental
performance to minimise pollution by complying with all applicable environmental legislation and where possible exceed industry benchmarks
To enable achievement of these objectives, nlc will:
- ensure that environmental considerations will be incorporated into the company’s business planning and operations,
consistent with sound business practices;
- implement and maintain an effective environmental management system that enables the company to continually
improve its environmental performance;
- implement, maintain and review waste management strategies and practices to minimise pollution;
- maintain internal and external communication processes which consider the environmental concerns of nlc employees,
clients and the wider community;
- communicate with our suppliers and customers about the company’s environmental management system and promote beneficial environmental
initiatives in the course of its operation and delivery of products and services;
- consider favourably, suppliers who pursue good environmental management practices;
- comply with all applicable environmental legislative and other requirements and where viable, implement and maintain more stringent
internal environmental standards than those legislated;
- be aware of environmental considerations in the purchasing of goods and services for the company; and
- foster an environmentally responsible culture at nlc by providing appropriate environmental training to employees and contractors
on the operation of the nlc environmental management system

- Improve waste segregation, reduce waste and improve recycling
- Consider and implement broader environmental issues associated with our industry
