- no limit on callouts
- flat tyre assistance
- flat battery assistance
- initial on phone assistance
- out of fuel service assistance
- lock-out/lost key/key retrieval service
- transport via taxi may be organised to get you to your destination
- towing to repairer (see terms and conditions)
- cost of nlc roadside assist is paid via your nlc fleet management account
(see terms and conditions) - out of pocket expenses can be managed via your nlc fleet management account
- where the vehicle is a Manufacturer Repair Vehicle (MRV), assistance will be provided to transfer the request to the relevant manufacturer’s agent
- an amount of up to the value of $100 per call will be subsidised for costs on an unlimited number of assistance requests (parts not included in the subsidy provided)
