Features & Benefits

By insuring your vehicle with nlc insurance you are eligible for a number of excellent benefits including:

Lease payout additional cover – when your vehicle is a total loss, we will pay to discharge your obligation under the lease (without limit) if the amount under your lease is more than the market value.

Automatic renewal – as long as you have insured with nlc insurance and remain with the nlc fleet management program, we’ll ensure you are ALWAYS covered.

Replacement Vehicle – if your vehicle is a total loss and is less than 24 months old, it will be replaced with a new vehicle of the same make, model and accessories.

Claim Service – 24 hour 7 days a week. No claim forms. Simply call our dedicated number 1300 657 211 for personal service.

Faultless excess and no claim bonus – in the event of a “not at fault” claim, provided you can supply the name, address and registration number of the party at fault. In this instance you will not have to pay the excess and your “No Claim Bonus” will not be affected. The “not at fault” assessment will be at the discretion of the insurer. Additionally, all Rating One drivers can enjoy “No Claim Bonus” protection, with one claim per year.

Car Hire – in the event of fire or theft for a period of up to 21 days from the day of loss ($100 per day maximum, subject to conditions).

Windscreen cover – with nil excess.

Choice of repairer – extensive national authorised repairer network, or use your repairer of choice.
