Our repair authorisation service compliments our novated lease product by giving you simplicity, protection and piece of mind when it comes to your car repairs and scheduled maintenance.

nlc have established a network of over 4,000 approved merchants nationally including dealerships, mechanical repair centres, major tyre outlets, specialist repairers, automotive glass replacement and roadside assistance services which offer a trade or fleet discounted rate for nlc drivers.

The repair authorisation team consist of qualified technicians which work with our approved network to make sure your maintenance and servicing is performed, at trade price, in accordance with set guidelines, while ensuring full vehicle reliability and driver safety.

The nlc authorisation, invoicing and payment process eliminates any need for reimbursement claims for mechanical repairs. All merchants are now instructed to invoice nlc directly for your repairs and we will arrange payment on your behalf.

Operating Mon – Fri 7.30am to 6.30pm the repair authorisation service assists both the driver and approved network provider with all maintenance related transactions and enquires.
