towing costs are pre-approved up to the value of $500 for each towing request and paid for via your nlc fleet management account. Any cost over $500 will need to be paid by yourself at the point of towing and may be claimed as a reimbursement via your nlc fleet management account.
towing costs incurred are included in the subsidy which covers an amount up to the value of $100.
the taxi fare from the point of towing to your destination will need to be paid by yourself and may be claimed as a reimbursement via your nlc fleet management account.
the cost of nlc roadside assist is payable up front via your nlc fleet management account. This benefit will only be available during the active fleet management of your lease with nlc.
nlc roadside assist covers the nominated vehicle.
if at the time you call for assistance and the vehicle cannot be identified as having nlc roadside assist, you will be advised that the cost of assistance will need to be paid upfront by yourself and may be claimed as a reimbursement via your nlc fleet management account. You can sign up with nlc at any time.
