nlc Monthly Give Away Conditions of Entry
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years old.
- One entry per person per month, non-winning entries will not be rolled over to the next month’s give away.
- To enter you must complete the nlc monthly give away survey form no later than 5.00pm on the last day of the month, see draw schedule appendix 1.
- No responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries.
- Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
- First promotion commences 01/09/11, 9.00am EST, see appendix 1.1 for all subsequent commencements.
- Final promotion closes 30/06/12 5.00pm EST, see appendix 1.1 for all close dates.
- The draws will take place at Level 3, 102 Albert Road South Melbourne Victoria 3205 at 12.00pm EST dates as per appendix 1.1
- Winners will be notified by phone,email and be published in the Herald Sun as per appendix 1.1. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- In the event of any unclaimed prizes, a re-draw will be conducted as per dates and times in appendix 1.1. The re-draw will take place at Level 3 102 Albert Road South Melbourne Victoria 3205. Winners will be notified by phone and email as per appendix 1.1. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The first valid entry for each draw will win prizes as per appendix 1.1. Prizes will be couriered to the winners address.
- Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize or its value.
- Prize is not transferable. Prize is not redeemable for cash.
- All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
